- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing updates on service status, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage, schedule, and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance.
- Collaborate with division-specific teams to communicate service requirements, allocate resources, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud to log, track, and manage service activities while maintaining accurate records.
- Create and distribute essential service documentation, including customer reports, work orders, and service tracking records.
- Process completed work orders and invoices according to company guidelines, including submission through various customer portals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and customer retention.
- Conduct weekly service paperwork reconciliation and timesheet updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and quality, offering feedback and proposing solutions to management.
- Handle incoming customer calls, including dispatching, tracking, scheduling, and addressing general inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- 2+ years in a service coordination, customer service, or related role; experience in Audio Visual, Security, or Cabling industries is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus; experience with other CRM or service management tools is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Basic financial knowledge, including accounts receivable/payable and purchase order management.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
