About Job
- This is a Part-Time permanent opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child and their family's lives. (10-20 hours/week)
- We require consistent availability during the week (M-F)
- Sessions are held between 3-7pm (subject to change based on needs)
- $20-26 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field.
- Paid 40-hour RBT training course (based on market)
- Growth:
- We will give the opportunity to grow towards gaining your registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) as well as gaining Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA) with guidance and financial assistance.
- Education - Minimum High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation - We also require a valid driver's license and Auto insurance be provided to ensure safe and prompt arrival to client homes.
- Web enabled device (laptop/tablet)- for completing hiring process as well as note taking during sessions.

- Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
