We are looking for clinicians whose strengths include:
Knowledge of mindfulness-based practices and trauma informed care as well as some experience in one or more of the following areas:
- children/adolescents (ages 5 and up) and their families using evidence-based interventions including training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Parent Management Training, Child-Centered Therapy, Adlerian, Theraplay,
- Therapists certified / trained using ERP, DBT, ACT, and EMDR modalities.
- Treatment planning and diagnostic knowledge
- Maintaining a caseload and keeping accurate session notes.
- Attending staff meetings.

- Willingness to collaborate with team members & our community
What you should know about this employment opportunity:
- Perform on-site clinical counseling services to clients of Monarch Behavioral Health, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct and regulate counseling services in a professional manner so as to maintain and increase the good will and reputation of Monarch Behavioral Health.
- Abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Monarch Behavioral Health.
- Respond to patients’ requests for service or calls within established timeframes whether such requests are made in person, by phone, voicemail, etc.
- Respond to such requests by meeting, evaluating, and providing services to such patients.
- Complete required documentation. Timely complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Monarch Behavioral Health or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient within a timely fashion (72 hours of request).
- Maintain accurate, up to date patient files, records, plans, and reports.
- Communicate and collaborate with a patient’s treatment team (i.e., PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as necessary.
Part-time Clinicians
are expected to be available 20 hours per week to schedule an average of 15 sessions per week or 64 sessions per month (only fully licensed clinicians are eligible for part-time employment at MBH).
Full -time Clinicians
are expected to be available 30 hours per week to schedule an average of 25 sessions per week or 100 sessions per month.

- Pay is a flat rate fee that is specific on years of independent licensure , licensure type (LPC, LP, LCSW, LPC-A) between $34.80-$70 per session
