No other additional requirements are needed to acquire the bonuses.When added with the high hourly rate, this will bring your average yearly compensation to over six-figures!Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Home-based therapy Salary: $70-$80+/hourKey Responsibilities:Provide direct 1-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism (maximum caseload of 4 clients).Set your own schedule and therapy sessions for your clientsDevelop positive relationships with clients and their families.Conduct assessments using tools specific to Autism like VB-MAPP, Vineland, and ABLLSPerform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide therapy.Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results.Conduct regular parent training on ABA and Autism-related topics.Analyze and graph data to make necessary adjustments to interventions.Benefits:Competitive pay rate of $70-$80+/hour for BCBAs.
