Overview
Are you a compassionate leader with a strong background in memory care? Whispering Willows of Mount Vernon is seeking a 2nd dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring exceptional care for our residents and supporting the wellness and caregiving teams through daily oversight, coordination, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate resident care plans and services in alignment with DSHS regulations.
• Serve as a liaison between residents, families, healthcare providers, and facility staff.
• Assist in managing and training care staff to ensure high standards of care delivery.
• Monitor resident health and behavioral changes; follow through with appropriate documentation and reporting.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed by wellness team.
• Communicate with MD office and pharmacy.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and facility standards.
• Respond promptly to resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State HCA, or NAC, in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in assisted living or memory care, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer’s care best practices.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead with empathy, remain calm in crisis, and foster a team-centered environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
