Empowers families to work through challenges and access community resources.QualificationsEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTBachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university in Social Work or Social Science, Child and Family Sciences, Child Development, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Community Health Education (not exercise or kinesiology), Elementary Education; or related field.EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSNo additional experience.COMPUTER SKILLSAn individual should know Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIESPreference for speakers of Cherokee, Spanish, or American Sign Language.OTHER QUALIFICATIONSMust meet and maintain pre-employment and periodic background investigation and adjudication for child care. Educated on and compliant with HIPAA regulations; maintains strict confidentiality of client information.
