Role Definition: Serve as external liaison between IBMC and user banks by performing the following duties

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Represent IBMC as a part of the relationship team under direct supervision of the Business Development Manager. Serving as a liaison for both new and existing bank partners across the eleven states currently being served. 
• Identify, address and resolve bank partner questions, issues or concerns promptly and effectively. 
• Attend conventions, regional meetings and/or training events as necessary. 
• Collaborate cross-functionally within IBMC to support bank partners as needed. 
• Participate in development and execution of marketing campaigns and material.
