Orion Industries offers counseling to assess personal strengths and interests and to identify barriers to competitive employment in conjunction with the work training program.

Prospective clients need to complete intake and tour. An open house is available for interested applicants. Please call for the current schedule of times/programs.

Ages 18 and older, living with a disability or a significant vocational obstacle.

• Requires a sufficiently stabilized condition to allow for a non-disruptive program experience.
• Requires two months sobriety and participation in a treatment or support program for individuals with a history of substance abuse.
• Must be eligible for employment per federal government regulations.
• Cannot serve individuals who may pose a danger to self or others.

Fees for training and employment services are obtained primarily from state and federal agencies. Orion's Intake Counselors can assist clients in applying for assistance.

Orion Industries offers training and employment supports to adults living with a disability or a significant vocational obstacle. Services include vocational counseling, machine shop training, clerical and customer service training, job placement into competitive employment, and three months of job retention follow-up services. Supported employment services are provided in Snohomish and King Counties.
