Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Behavior Technicians, ensuring fidelity to treatment plans and fostering a fun environment.
  • Conduct FBAs, develop individualized plans focusing on skills and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with families and professionals to address challenges and create solutions.
  • Embrace our mission by integrating joy and creativity into therapy.


Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification with BACB.
  • Experience in ABA therapy with children preferred.
  • Passion for personalized, enriching therapy plans.
  • Creative, positive mindset and team-oriented attitude.
