Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) In Home After-School Hours

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:
Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism

Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA

Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork

Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements: Behavior Technician (BT)

High School Diploma (required)

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)

Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00-35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
