Join WonderWay ABA this summer and work one-on-one with kids with autism to help them learn new skills and thrive! As a RBT, you’ll team up with experienced BCBAs to provide hands-on support through play-based, structured therapy sessions.

Join WonderWay ABA this summer and work one-on-one with kids with autism to help them learn new skills and thrive! As a RBT, you’ll team up with experienced BCBAs to provide hands-on support through play-based, structured therapy sessions.
What You’ll Do:
- Work directly with kids using treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Help reduce challenging behaviors and teach communication, play, and life skills
- Track progress using an iPad (no paper!)
- Experience with kids (bonus if it’s with kids with autism!)
- Reliable transportation
- RBT certified
- Energetic, positive, and ready to learn
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexible summer hours
