Job requirements for Full-time ( RN ) Nursing Supervisor position:

  • Current nursing license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience Supervising in LTC/skilled nursing community 
  • 3 years experience working
  • Experience working in an Eden Alternative community preferred
  • CPR/First Aid Certification 
  • Genuine passion for working with elders
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead clinical team and foster team work with RN, LPN and CNA care partners
  • Superb documentation skills/PCC experience
  • Strong organization and time management skills
