What Makes Mindful Therapy Group Different

Mindful Therapy Group was founded by clinicians to empower clinicians to build a private practice. Our mission is to create more access to quality mental healthcare by helping providers build sustainable private practices.

Associates Therapists looking to build a lasting private practice can benefit from MTG’s SAP opportunities, designed to foster sustainability and growth. If you’re aiming for a setting that promotes personal and professional well-being, consider establishing your own practice with MTG’s support.

Our 1099 model allows providers to focus on the client care, while we handle the backend administrative pieces. Together we can move beyond oversized caseloads, insufficient income, and impending burnout.

We believe the recipe for a sustainable private practice is when providers make more revenue, have clinical freedom, and support manageable caseloads (16 – 24 hours per week).

Services include:

• Insurance billing that makes therapy affordable for clients. Within weeks of joining MTG, you will be able to access national and regional insurance panels.
• Choose an in-house supervisor that fits you best. Our large team of clinical supervisors means that you can find the best mentor to help you succeed.
• Expedited credentialing with national and regional insurance payors - Providers are approved and in-network with most insurance companies within a few weeks.
• Referral stream and marketing partnerships - We leverage our marketing campaigns to help build your practice.
• Prompt billing and collection by expert financial teams - Our team files claims quickly and tracks their progress to ensure that you’re reimbursed.
• Hands-on personalized support - A dedicated account manager to support and guide through all aspects of your private practice.
• True control of your practice - You decide your schedule, which clients you see, and whether you see clients via Telehealth or in one of our local offices.
• Curated brick-and-mortar office spaces - Access to modern office space for client sessions at no additional charge.

• Active or Pending Washington LSWAIC, LMFTA, or LMHCA credentials
