We are ready to welcome a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to our growing Northwest Indiana team and our Merrillville clinic. Our well-established, privately owned organization serves the life span of those with autism and other intellectual disabilities. We believe in helping people reimagine their abilities, not placing limits on their potential. Thus, there is no predetermined client discharge based on age—just meaningful, client and family driven services for every child with autism.
This full-time hybrid opportunity is ideal for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst who values flexibility, collaboration, and guiding new graduates. You'll enjoy a Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm schedule, with four days in-clinic and one work-from-home day each week. A commutable distance from the Chicagoland area and Central Indiana attracts team members from various corners of the region. Ideal candidates will hold -
- a master’s degree in a relevant field
- BACB certification
- Eligibility for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Indiana,
- Experience working with Autism populations in clinic-based settings is preferred.
- Strong commitment to individualized, compassionate care is essential.
