Position: Full-Time Mental Health Professional

Location: Scranton, PA

Pay Range: $23.00 -$25.00 per hour


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties:

  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
  • Perform intake evaluations and assessments
  • Develop therapeutic relationships focused on recovery and wellness
  • Provide care across the lifespan, including children (training available if needed)

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation consistent with licensing, insurance, and company standards
  • Coordinate care with internal and external providers
  • Participate in clinical collaboration and supervision as required

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a recognized clinical discipline, including Social Work, Psychology, rehabilitation, Activity Therapies, or Counseling, is required.
  • Experience with individual therapy and intake evaluations or similar services/care
  • Assessment/diagnosis, coordination of care, documentation and critical execution of therapeutic modalities experience 
  • Technological proficiency and ability to navigate EHR systems
  • Commitment to high standards of clinical care and ethical practice
  • Ability and willingness to complete documentation within an established timeframe

  • Computer skills for electronic scheduling, billing, and future software use.

Business hours are:

M & Wed 9:00 am to 6:15 pm.

T & Thur 9:00 am to 7:45 pm

Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm


Provider will agree to have availability to work one late evening on Tuesday or Thursday per week or a combination of days that allow for appointments after 4:30pm .
