BCBA/ Clinical Supervisor
Master's Degree Psychology, Education, or other BACB approved master's degree.
Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or taking the BCBA exam within 30 days
Must be a Licensed Behavior Analyst (TX) or willing to obtain upon hire
CPR and QBS Certified preferred
Perform Initial Assessments and Re-assessments (VB-Mapp, AFLS, ABLLS, Vineland, ect.)
Create individualized and research-based treatment plans
Analyze client progress weekly and update programs as needed
Conduct parent meetings/trainings weekly
Supervise BCaBAs, Student Analyst who are perusing their BCBA certification, and RBTs in the clinic and school shadowing
Hold staff meetings and trainings for all RBTs
Assist with or conduct RBT interviews
Correspond with insurance providers, treatment report writing, and peer review calls.
Opening/closing the center
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
