About the Role:

As our new ABA Therapist, you’ll be part of our amazing team helping children and young adults with autism reach their fullest potential. Working alongside a dedicated group of BCBAs and therapists, you’ll get to use your skills and creativity to make real, lasting changes for our clients and their families.

What You’ll Do:

Implement fun and effective ABA therapy sessions that help our clients grow, learn, and shine!
Work as part of a rockstar team that’s passionate, supportive, and all about celebrating each other’s successes.
Monitor and track client progress, then high-five your clients (and yourself!) for every win.
Collaborate with families and other therapists to make sure we’re giving our clients the best support possible.
Keep learning and growing with ongoing training and team development sessions.

What You Bring:

A love for working with children and young adults.
A big dose of patience, empathy, and creativity.
Have taken the RBT 40 hours or a willingness to attain your RBT 40 hours within the first 90days of starting (Pssst, reimbursement opportunities available... ABA-YEAH for RBT Certification Reimbursement!)
Prior experience with ABA is a bonus, but if you’re a quick learner and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

At Traina Behavioral, we believe in teamwork and making sure every learner receives the care they need. That’s why we offer Hero Hours! This is a chance for ABA Therapists to be rewarded for substituting when a learner’s regular session needs coverage.

Two positions available: Assistant ABA Therapist and ABA Therapist and we cant wait to meet YOU!

Assistant ABA Therapist Requirements:

Background and Clearances
High School diploma required. Associate degree required. Required to obtain RBT in 6 months from hire.
Bachelor's degree preferred (i.e. psychology, education, and rehabilitation majors)
Minimum of 0 year of ABA therapy experience. Must attend in house ABA training.
Completed the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training.
Must be able to travel to your assigned case location and maintain a set therapy scheduled but we also have full time cases at our Center in Langhorne, PA.
Must be physically able to work with young children (stand, sit, run , etc.).

ABA Therapist Requirements:

ABA Therapist Employment Responsibilities:

ABA Therapists must be able to work in patients' homes, schools, the community or at our Center in Langhorne, PA.
Implement ABA programs with integrity, data collection, ensure confidentiality and safety.
