Seeking in office part time License Chemical Dependency Counselor, energetic, self-sufficient, reliable, dependable, and creative, will provide counseling services to clients which includes completion of Assessments, treatment plan, progress notes, treatment plan review, discharge summary, monthly progress reports and facilitate group.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
