Our organization consists of a committed group of professionals who are dedicated to promoting the behavioral, mental, emotional and social well-being of those in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We currently have a part-time and full time position available for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Virginia with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing clients with various developmental disabilities and needs
• Developing treatment plans
• Supervising the implementation of ABA therapy to children and adolescents in the home, clinic and community settings
• Analyzing data and making treatment decisions based on progress
• Providing training to staff and families
• Care coordination with other providers
• Maintaining client records and documentation from intake to discharge
• The BCBA position may also be responsible for providing supervision to BCaBAs, as well as RBT candidates.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA Certification by the BACB
• Active LBA through the VA Board of Medicine
• Supervisory experience preferred
