Salary: $83,000 - $92,000/annually

Licensed Clinical Social Worker opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Shift: Days
• Eligible for $50,000-100,000 in Loan Repayment!
• Full-time direct hire, permanent position

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care behavioral health consultations and short-term interventions.
• Incorporate behavioral health interventions based on skills-based treatment and facilitation of behavior change in a population working to better manage, reverse, and prevent chronic conditions.
• Evaluating a client's overall well-being by considering their biological, psychological, and social factors.
• The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will develop an individualized plan to address the client's specific needs and goals.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Qualifications:

• LICSW, LCMHC, or providers working towards licensure eligibility
• Master’s in social work
• Open to new graduates
