Gifted kids brings high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in both home and school settings. We currently have openings for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) throughout the West Palm, Lake Worth, Boca Raton area.

A BCBA is responsible for determining an appropriate treatment plan and monitoring the implementation of the determined treatment plan by the team of Behavior Technicians assigned to work with the client. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessment and Reassessments;
• Conducting parent training;
• Providing ongoing training to staff members;
• Creating clinical materials necessary for the client’s treatment plan;
• Providing supervision to students accruing fieldwork hours in accordance with BACB guidelines; and
• Working collaboratively as a team in the service region to ensure the quality of service for all clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 per hour
