Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Supervisor

Location: Vancouver, WA | Start Date: Fall 2025

Pacific Neurocounseling is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Supervisor to our Vancouver, WA team. This hybrid role combines providing therapy with supervising emerging professionals—ideal for a clinician who values both direct care and mentorship.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will:

  • Provide therapy services tailored to your specialties and experience.
  • Supervise intern and associate-level clinicians, supporting their professional growth in accordance with Washington and Oregon standards.
  • Maintain some evening availability to accommodate clients’ and supervisees’ scheduling needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field
  • Minimum 2 years post-licensure (required for supervision in WA)
  • Licensed as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in both Washington and Oregon
  • Completion of required supervision CEUs as outlined by WA and OR
  • Oregon’s requires 100 hours of post-licensure experience supervising registered associates or student interns. If you do not yet meet this requirement, we may be able to supervise your supervision hours to help you qualify.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Preferred: Experience working with both children and adults
  • Preferred: Availability for evening appointments
