Job Duties

· Implement 1:1 ABA interventions programs to children

· Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy as an RBT.

· Provide direct behavioral services to clients in individual and/or group sessions

· Run skill acquisition programs with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis and Verbal Behavior Analysis

· Complete daily documentation

· Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and/or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans

· Collect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs, such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral software ( Central Reach )

· Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

· Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise

· Any other job duties as assigned by the supervisor and another administrator

· Be able to multi-task

· Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Position details

· Hourly rate of $25 (Registered Behavior Technician - Lead)

· Must be able to work after school hours during the week (Until 6 P.M Monday - Thursday) , evenings, and some weekends if needed

Other Requirements

· Successful completion of a criminal background check

· CPR/BLS Certification

· Valid Driver's license and reliable transpiration

· Ability to lift 35+ pounds

· Must pass Tuberculosis (TB) test

· HS diploma required, college experience preferred

· A minimum of a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with a developmental disability.

· Must be able to walk, run, and play with small children
