Location: Fully Remote (U.S. Only) | California license required

Compensation: Starting at $115,000/year

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm PST (40 hours/week)

We’re seeking a full-time, licensed LCSW Supervisor to provide clinical supervision for unlicensed staff working with children and adolescents at one of our California-based outpatient partners. This is a fully remote role offering a chance to make a real impact from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do:

As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary care team, you will:

  • Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff, ensuring high-quality care across caseloads
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agency and regulatory standards
  • Participate in case disposition meetings to support effective treatment planning
  • Foster staff development by monitoring progress in training and facilitating ongoing professional growth
  • Oversee program management, ensuring smooth operations and regulatory compliance
  • Monitor service delivery and productivity standards to help the team meet program goals
  • Conduct client chart audits to ensure thorough and compliant records
  • Maintain a small caseload as needed to contribute to overall program needs

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with an active California license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision to unlicensed staff
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during PST hours
  • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels, ideally 5+
  • Must have passed ASWB examination
  • Fluent in Spanish and willing and able to provide patient care in this language strongly preferred.
  • Telehealth experience preferred (familiarity with Welligent is a plus!)
  • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
