Overview:
Seeking a customer-focused Intake Coordinator to manage front desk operations, assist with intake processes, and support individuals accessing independent living services. This role is vital in helping connect people to the appropriate programs and resources while ensuring smooth daily office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and supportive front office environment
  • Manage intake forms, appointments, and referrals
  • Support individuals with information, advocacy, and resource navigation
  • Maintain inventory and office supply orders
  • Coordinate vehicle logs, meeting rooms, and front desk coverage
  • Answer and route calls with professionalism and care
  • Enter and maintain accurate consumer service data in internal systems
  • Support public outreach, mail distribution, and scheduling

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in direct/human services
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Strong knowledge of disability services and community resources
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
