Position Summary:
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support clients' behavioral goals.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Stay current with best practices in the field of behavioral analysis and special education.
Skills
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records.
- Experience in behavioral health settings with a focus on diagnostic evaluation.
- Skilled in data collection methods for tracking client progress.
- Familiarity with special education practices and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and teams.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and in good standing
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and ethical guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for helping clients and staff succeed
- Interest in a long-term, growth
Preferred:
- Experience in center-based or multi-site ABA operations
- Familiarity with Central Reach or similar data platforms
- Desire to help shape the future of a company on the rise

Pay: $88,500.00 - $92,500.00 per year
