Position Summary:

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate behavioral health needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support clients' behavioral goals.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Stay current with best practices in the field of behavioral analysis and special education.

Skills

  • Proficient in patient assessment techniques and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
  • Knowledgeable in HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of medical records.
  • Experience in behavioral health settings with a focus on diagnostic evaluation.
  • Skilled in data collection methods for tracking client progress.
  • Familiarity with special education practices and regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and teams.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification and in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and ethical guidelines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping clients and staff succeed
  • Interest in a long-term, growth

Preferred:

  • Experience in center-based or multi-site ABA operations
  • Familiarity with Central Reach or similar data platforms
  • Desire to help shape the future of a company on the rise

Pay: $88,500.00 - $92,500.00 per year
