Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Care Manager extender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that each garment is tailored to perfection. As a Tailor, you will be responsible for altering, repairing, and creating garments according to customer specifications. This role requires creativity, technical sewing skills, and the ability to work with various fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Measure clients accurately to determine the appropriate alterations needed for garments.
• Alter and repair clothing items, including suits, dresses, and casual wear.
• Create custom garments based on client specifications and design preferences.
• Operate sewing machines and other tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized workspace to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
• Keep track of orders and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tailor or in a similar role within the fashion industry.
• Proficient in sewing techniques and knowledge of various fabrics.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Familiarity with pattern making is a plus but not required.
• A creative mindset with an understanding of current fashion trends.
