Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities, implementing evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior changes and improve their quality of life. You will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Collect and analyze data on patient progress and behavior changes.
- Implement treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations and ABA techniques.
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring a supportive environment for individuals with disabilities.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care strategies.
- Educate families and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the field.
Skills
- Proficient in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral interventions.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to patient care.
- Experience with diagnostic evaluation processes in behavioral health settings.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while working with individuals with disabilities.
- Skilled in medical documentation practices for accurate record keeping.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $63,236.00 - $71,930.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
