Overview
We are currently looking to grow our private practice by adding dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality therapeutic services to clients, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs. This role requires a background in mental health practices and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. The therapist will have the autonomy to engage both in-person and Telehealth sessions, ensuring accessibility and support for all clients.

Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific goals and needs
- Provide crisis management and intervention services to clients in acute distress
- Administer evidence-based psychotherapy techniques to address clients' mental health concerns
- Conduct clinical counseling sessions to help clients develop coping strategies and improve overall well-being
- Utilize behavioral therapy approaches to address maladaptive behaviors and promote positive change
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Valid licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g. LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PLPC)
- Experience working in a hospital, school, private practice clinical setting
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations using the ICD coding system
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and crisis intervention strategies
- Ability to work effectively with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload of diverse clients
