About ORTC, LLC

We are an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting.


Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.

Your Role:

  • You will be assisting clients in identifying, maximizing, and relating their strengths to appropriate social, educational (academic and vocational), and occupational goals.
  • Be a beacon of hope for clients as they adjust to a drug free existence, providing emotional and physical support through their journey.
  • Ensure clients receive the best care by adhering to program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform duties with dedication and within the scope of their professional license and certification.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Oregon CADC R, I, II, or III licensure.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Licensure and Degree: Must possess a valid licensure (CADC R, I, II, III) in the state where employed. CADC Rs within one year of certification preferred.
  • Current Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
  • State Requirements: Must meet state-specific requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
  • Computer Skills: Experience with electronic medical records is required.
