Job Title: Experienced, Part-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team through Telehealth services in the greater Glendale, Arizona area. This is a part-time, remote position, perfect for professionals seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact.
Job Summary:
As a Part-Time BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism in the greater Glendale area. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to ensure effective therapy delivery. You will also monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies, and train staff to achieve optimal outcomes. A passion for working with children and making a meaningful impact on their development is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Assessments & Treatment Planning:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
- Develop and implement evidence-based ABA programs to address each client’s unique needs, focusing on skills acquisition, behavior reduction, and generalization.
- Design and implement Positive Behavior Intervention Plans (PBIPs) based on functional behavioral assessment data.
Supervision & Mentorship:
- Provide supervision, support, and ongoing training to RBTs during in-home client sessions or via Telehealth, ensuring accurate implementation of treatment plans.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of RBTs and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Provide ongoing client program supervision of RBTs and other staff as necessary.
Parent & Caregiver Training:
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to train them on behavior management techniques, treatment goals, and strategies to reinforce ABA interventions at home.
- Maintain open communication with families, providing updates on progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Conduct parent/caregiver consultations and training sessions in person or via Telehealth.
Data Collection & Analysis:
- Oversee data collection, ensuring accurate recording and analysis to monitor client progress and inform decision-making.
- Review and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing data analysis to ensure continued progress toward treatment goals.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and other relevant records.
- Complete all necessary paperwork for insurance billing and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Prepare and submit internal documents, including Human Resources, Insurance Credentialing, and client documents such as Assessment Reports and Treatment Plans.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Respond to client appointments and meetings in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Participate in professional meetings or conferences deemed beneficial for continued professional growth and development.
- Follow all guidelines and ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Certification:
- Must hold an active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Must be licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the State of Arizona through the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners.
- Must reside in the state of Arizona and meet all requirements to provide ABA services and supervision, either in person or via Telehealth, in compliance with state regulations.
- Must be authorized to provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB supervision standards and Arizona licensure laws.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing ABA therapy, with at least 1,500 hours of proven experience supervising RBTs.
- Experience conducting assessments (e.g., FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Experience in providing staff supervision and mentorship, including support for certification.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles, intervention strategies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with families, RBTs, and other professionals.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes within the greater Glendale area.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
