Position Opening

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

District Wide

The BCBA is responsible for the implementation of individualized intervention utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and discrete trial programs within a classroom setting and/or individually if deemed necessary. The BCBA will work as a member of a collaborative team and participate in IEP team meetings as needed.

  • Full certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, students with moderate/severe disabilities or related disorders
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in ABA intervention including data collection and report writing
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately and consistently follow Behavior Support Plans and Curriculum Plan
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with students, families, teachers and administrators
  • Demonstrated growth toward cultural competence


Salary in accordance with the Agreement between the Winchendon School Committee and

the Winchendon Teachers' Association.
