We are seeking dedicated and qualified Mental Health Therapists to join our team.

Job Description:
We are hiring a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) to provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. In this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. As a therapist, you will assess clients, create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help clients improve their mental health. You will also work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards
• Have some evenings or weekend availability
• Manage caseload and see a minimum of 10 clients per week
• Keep organized client records and track progress

Qualifications:

• Valid LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW license in the state of Ohio
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
• Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
• Adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements
• Ability to meet the full-time caseload of at least 10 clients per week
