About Job

At Autism Allies, we believe that clinical excellence starts with a culture of support, collaboration, and growth. Our team is led by two doctorate-level BCBAs who provide direct mentorship, guide clinical development, and foster opportunities for research, publishing, and professional advancement. Whether you're newly certified or a seasoned clinician, you’ll be surrounded by a team that values innovation, clinical integrity, and your long-term success.

If you're passionate about meaningful work, ongoing learning, and being part of a mission-driven organization that’s expanding services across Massachusetts and Connecticut—we’d love to meet you.

This position includes a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.

Join us, and let’s move progress forward—together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and Support Behavior Technicians (BTs): Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans by providing modeling, hands-on training, and ongoing feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Design and Monitor Client Programming: Create and adapt curriculum, behavioral strategies, and supporting materials to meet each client's evolving needs. Observe sessions regularly to assess progress and adjust programming as needed.
  • Lead Parent Collaboration and Training: Conduct ongoing parent training sessions to review goals, teach ABA strategies, and empower caregivers to confidently support their child’s development outside of session time.
  • Comprehensive Case Management: Analyze behavior and treatment data, design intervention plans, write progress reports, and modify treatment plans as client needs and goals evolve.
  • Develop and Maintain Treatment Materials: Prepare data sheets, stimuli, program guides, and documentation tools tailored to each client’s treatment plan.
  • Contribute to Clinical Team Development: Support BT development through direct training and performance feedback, and collaborate with clinical leadership on staffing decisions including hiring, retention, and advancement.
  • Participate in Client Onboarding: Lead intake activities including parent interviews, direct behavioral observations, and administration of behavioral and adaptive assessments to inform initial treatment planning.
  • Maintain Accurate Billing Records: Track and report billable service hours using practice management software in compliance with funding source requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
  • At least 1 year of hands-on ABA experience delivering meaningful outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’re confident working with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Solid understanding of ABA assessments and evaluations, including tools like VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and functional assessments
  • Proficiency in data collection, interpretation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable using digital platforms, including electronic data collection systems, word processing tools, and spreadsheets
