Position Overview:

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time School Psychologist for the 20252026 school year. This position serves students in Intermediate (grades 35) and Middle School (grades 68), supporting their academic, emotional, and behavioral development through evidence-based assessment, intervention, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations for students in grades 38

  • Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including goal writing, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and Social Developmental Studies

  • Collaborate within the Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework to address diverse student needs

  • Provide timely crisis intervention and ongoing support

  • Partner with teachers, administrators, and families to implement effective interventions

  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in alignment with state and district standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist Endorsement

  • Demonstrated experience with:

  • MTSS implementation

  • IEP development and documentation

  • FBAs, BIPs, and Social Developmental Studies

  • School-based crisis response

  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • A commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive practices

    Compensation & Benefits:
