Position Overview

Soliant is seeking a qualified and compassionate Bilingual School Psychologist to support students' academic, social, and emotional well-being for the 20252026 school year. This is an in-person role requiring collaboration with educators, families, and administrators to provide culturally responsive services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations in both English and a second language (Spanish preferred)

• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Provide direct and consultative mental health and behavioral support

• Assist in the development and implementation of positive behavioral interventions

• Serve as a liaison between families, school staff, and community resources

Required Qualifications

• Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement

• Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish preferred)

• Experience working in diverse educational environments

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills

Compensation & Benefits
