Position Summary: Manages and supervises daily operations of the programs of the Behavioral Health Clinic to ensure services support and address existing and/or emerging behavioral health needs of patient population in compliance with established quality and regulatory standards.

• Shift Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p
• Location: Residential Treatment Center in Chandler, AZ

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or closely related field.
• Current State of Arizona license in behavioral health field; CPR certificate within 30 days of hire.
• Must have at least 3 years experience in counseling, human services or social work and 2 years management experience.
• Current valid State of Arizona driver’s license; fingerprint clearance to work with children upon hire.
