Overview:
You will be providing clinical social services primarily to geriatric residents, their families, and significant others in various assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Work with individuals who are struggling with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction
- Provide 30 min, 45 min, 60 min and intake/initial therapy sessions
- Regular communication with clinical headquarters (checking and responding to emails in a timely fashion)
- Provide telehealth sessions as assigned
- Assist with provider and clinic networking
- Assist marketing department with creating behavioral health-related content and materials
- Ensure documentation quality, completion, and compliance at all times, as well as monitors timelines and policies and procedures according to agency's guidelines
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and accreditation requirements related to service delivery policies, practices, and reporting standards
- Use clinical judgment in establishing individual treatment plans and interventions, as indicated.
- Work with residents, families, significant others and staff to provide support, information and organization for taking a more proactive role in self advocacy to improve the quality of life/care for individual residents.
- Document client data accurately and completely, in accordance with documentation guidelines.
- Adhere to confidentiality practices and procedures according to agency policies
Qualifications:
- Valid license (LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LMFT)
- Proof of eligibility to work in the USA
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and functional use of them
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $55.00 per hour
