Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and possess a strong background in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis.

Duties
- Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Utilize data collection methods to track progress and modify interventions as needed
- Collaborate with medical professionals and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Skills
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
- Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $76.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
