The Opportunity: School-Based BCBA in Venice, FL

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support learners in both public and private school settings in the Venice area. This position includes facilitating social skills groups, supervising RBTs, collaborating with school personnel, and developing and monitoring intervention plans.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Facilitate social skills groups
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement
