About Us
Ambitions Behavioral Health was established by professionals skilled in managing operations in Applied Behavior Analysis and educating children and adolescents with special needs. One of the founders is a BCBA, bringing expertise in behavioral analysis and support services. Ambitions Behavioral Health was founded with a vision to offer compassionate, high-quality support to both our staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Providing direct supervision to all program supervisors and paraprofessionals.

Modeling skills according to the intervention plan for staff and families

Conducting assessments and writing reports

Parent/Care taker trainings

Staff training and development

Assisting with establishment and operations of the McKinney center, while taking on cases

Qualifications:

BCBA Certificate

Masters Degree

Management experience

Proven experience of working directly with individuals on the spectrum

Flexibility

Comfortable with learning and teaching new software

Completion of new-hire requirements

Compensation:

Salary: From $84,000/year
