• Connect with warm, inbound leads—real people actively seeking help
• Listen, qualify, and guide clients toward real financial solutions
• Break down our debt management programs in simple, powerful terms
• Educate clients and help them feel empowered—not judged
• Close the deal and help them take the first step toward freedom
• Crush your goals and earn top-tier commissions doing it
• Follow up, stay sharp, and always be improving

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve got sales DNA—driven, persuasive, and competitive
• You care about people and can show empathy
• Confident on the phone and comfortable following a proven sales process
• Smart and quick to learn financial concepts
• Familiar with CRM tools and call scripts
• Bonus: Experience in financial services or call centers
