Silver Swing is an ABA therapy provider specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As, our approach focuses on family-centered therapy, equipping parents and caregivers with tools to reinforce progress beyond therapy sessions. We also provide home-based ABA therapy, parent training, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support children in various environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and individualized goals for clients.
• Design and implement evidence-based behavioral intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordinated care.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Minimum 3+ years of experience preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and demonstrated expertise in behavior assessment and intervention.
• Active BCBA accredited by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for the exam within 3 months.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
