Silver Swing is an ABA therapy provider specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As, our approach focuses on family-centered therapy, equipping parents and caregivers with tools to reinforce progress beyond therapy sessions. We also provide home-based ABA therapy, parent training, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support children in various environments.
As we embark on our journey, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us in making a profound impact on the lives of individuals and families. Locations: Atlanta and Augusta, GA | Salt Lake City, UT surrounding areas

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and individualized goals for clients.
- Design and implement evidence-based behavioral intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordinated care.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills and demonstrated expertise in behavior assessment and intervention.
- Active BCBA accredited by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for the exam within 3 months.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
