  • Hiring for the 2025-2026 School Year!

Salary: $80000-$110000 annually.

Responsibilities

Provide Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision in accordance with requirements from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans

Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for assigned caseload

Monitor skill acquisition programming and provide training to enhance treatment outcomes for assigned caseload

Maintain regular communication with school staff and supervisors

Requirements

Current BCBA certification

At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities

Experience training school staff and parents

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong speaking, writing, and listening skills and the ability to work as a collaborative and supportive team member

General Requirements

Fingerprint background clearance

Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
