Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC)

Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to provide behavioral intervention for children ages 1 to 22 in home, preschool, and community settings.

What You'll Do:
Deliver 1:1 behavioral instruction using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in a child’s natural environment. You'll receive extensive initial and ongoing training, and work across developmental areas while collecting data to build skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning.

Availability Needed:
Sessions occur between 8 AM – 7 PM, based on your selected days.

RBT Certification Support:
After training, eligible BTs can sit for the RBT exam with one test fee reimbursed. Those in good standing are offered advancement opportunities through CAC’s RBT career pathway.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Interest in learning ABA

  • Energetic and passionate about working with children

  • Dependable team player

  • Aspiring professionals in education, psychology, or teaching

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license

  • Able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs

  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
