Advanced Behavioral Specialists is looking for qualified Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians who have the DESIRE to EXCEL in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis!

Responsibilities:

Working directly with clients and providing 1:1 ABA Therapy within a home setting.
Working closely with Program Managers and BCBA’s while following the treatment plan that has been prescribed by the BCBA.
Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies to increase skill acquisition and modify maladaptive behaviors.
Data Collection
Build positive and professional relationships with clients and families
Supporting families with activities as outlined in the treatment plan
Attend and participate in company trainings to increase knowledge of ABA.

Requirements:

Must be 18 or older
Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
We would Prefer 6 Months or more of Experience working with children or individuals with Autism and related disorders.
(However, if you do not have experience, we will train you!)
Willing to obtain RBT certification ( We will provide access to the 40 hour training and reimburse examination costs).
Valid CPR and First Aid Certification (We will provide assistance if you are not certified).
Reliable, consistent means of transportation is a Requirement.
Must have the ability to pass FBI and DOJ Live Scan fingerprinting and pass a background check.
Ability to provide negative TB test results.
Available to work afternoon shifts (2:00 PM-7:30 PM).
Available to work morning shifts (8:30am-4:30pm).
