Job Duties:

• Supervise visits between parents and child(ren)
• Provide face-to-face assistance, coaching, teaching, and role modeling in the family home or community based setting to maintain and strengthen families’ lives
• Monitor and document interactions between parents and child(ren)
• Document progress made
• Maintain a professional relationship with families
• Assist parents with finding resources that may of benefit to them
• Perform drug testing as needed

Pay/Benefits

• $19-$22 per hour

Experience

• Human Services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
• 2 years of job-related, volunteer or lived experience of working with others (requirement)
