Senior Behavior Technician
Job Title: Senior Behavior Interventionist In CLINIC (NO weekends or nights!)
This is a Non-exempt Position

Reports to/Supervision Received: Case Supervisor/BCBA and Director
Job Summary:
- The Senior Behavior Interventionist (SBI) position provides individualized instruction to children and adolescents with autism and related disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis strategies (ABA). Sessions occur through telehealth, in clinic and in families homes. As a SBI, you will receive ongoing training from supervisors and BCBAs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA treatment to children with autism and related disabilities
- Collect behavioral data on treatment goals
- Organize and summarize behavioral data
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
- Teach communication skills, play/leisure skills, and increase independence while helping reduce inappropriate behaviors
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment, such as discrete trial teaching (DTT)
- Attend clinical meetings as required
- Implementation of behavioral procedures for the acquisition of replacement skills and the reduction of problematic/interfering behaviors
- Communicate with team members as appropriate including the assigned behavior analysts
- Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA)
- Effectively and clearly communicate with families regarding client sessions as instructed by BCBA
- Utilize safe and appropriate guidance when working with clients
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred in a related field in progress (e.g., psychology, education, speech, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
- Ability to provide evidence of negative TB test results
- Ability to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting and background check
- Reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work part-time on at least 3 weekdays (12 pm-6 pm)
- Energetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeed
- Willingness to learn from experts in the field and implement feedback
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- RBT or BCAT certified preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, speech, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
