Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dean of Counseling Services at Cuyamaca College. The Dean will oversee the counseling services department, develop student support programs, provide leadership to counselors, and collaborate with faculty and administrators to ensure a supportive and inclusive campus environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education counseling services
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of student support program development
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Master's degree in Counseling, Higher Education, or related field
• Licensure or certification in counseling or related field preferred
