Summary
The Sales to Service Liaison has two primary responsibilities. One is the movement of sold vehicles from the sales department at close of the sales deal to the staging of the fully prepared, and cleaned vehicle at the delivery area for customer pick up. The other is the filing of warranty claims from Service.
Daily Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring Sold Vehicles are moved to Service, are on the Sales Schedule and are prepped, cleaned and ready at the scheduled time.
- Filing all service department warranty claims with the OEMs
- Monitoring Inventory Vehicles for necessary warranty recalls
- Back up Service Advisors on the Service Counter
- Help answering service counter phone calls
Requirements
- Good Communicaiton Skills
- Very Good Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc)
- Good Orginization Skills
Compensation for this position is base plus commissions Sales Repair Order Hours and Warranty Claims. Average annual compensation ranges from $40,000 to $50,000.
Store Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 9am to 6pm**
**There will be times that late sales deals will extend the day past 6pm
